Dr Hassan Soueid is a highly qualified plastic surgeon and the Founder, Owner and Medical Director of Kensington Cosmetic Clinic. With over two decades of surgical experience, he is known for his artistic approach, meticulous technique, and natural-looking results.
GMC-registered since 2005, with NHS training at Queen Victoria Hospital (specialist plastic surgery) and Guy’s & St Thomas’. BCAM Full Member, CQC-registered private practice.

Do I need a GP referral for a cosmetic consultation?
No. Cosmetic consultations at KCC are private and self-referred. If you are considering reconstructive surgery for a medical reason (e.g. post-cancer), bring any GP letters and we will work alongside your NHS team.
How long is the typical consultation?
45 minutes for surgical cases, 30 minutes for non-surgical. Dr Hassan or the relevant consultant will examine you, photograph the area (with consent), discuss options honestly, and give you a written quote.
Is the consultation fee refunded if I book the procedure?
Yes — the £150 consultation fee is fully credited against your treatment fee if you proceed within 6 months.
Where are you based?
49 Marloes Road, London W8 6LA — a 5-minute walk from High Street Kensington tube, 8 minutes from Earl's Court. Limited paid street parking; no on-site car park.
Do you operate on under-18s?
Surgical procedures are not offered to anyone under 18. Specific non-surgical treatments (e.g. acne care, mole removal for medical reasons) can be considered from age 16+ with parental consent and GP referral.
Which insurers do you accept?
We are a private, fee-paying clinic and most cosmetic procedures are not covered by health insurance. For reconstructive cases linked to a recognised medical diagnosis, we work with Bupa, AXA, Aviva, WPA and Cigna — please bring your authorisation code.
How long is the recovery for surgical procedures?
It varies — rhinoplasty 7-10 days social downtime, facelift 2-3 weeks, breast surgery 1-2 weeks for desk-based work. Each procedure has a dedicated recovery brief shared at consultation.
What if I'm not sure which treatment I need?
That's the most common reason patients come in. Book a consultation — Dr Hassan will assess what is and is not appropriate for your concern, and you can leave with a clear written plan, no obligation.
